At Tiano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- The product must be returned in its original condition
- All tags and original packaging must still be attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
In such cases, Tiano will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or used products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
